JUNIPER | Botanical + Citrus Salt

Bright Orange + Gentle Botanicals + Gathering Rhythm

A little brightness for the kitchen, table, and glass.

Created with our friends at Willie’s Distillery to capture the botanical and citrus character of their distinctive Green Truck Gin, JUNIPER brings that inspiration into an everyday finishing salt.

Orange leads, followed by restrained juniper and warm coriander and rosemary undertones. Gentle and aromatic, it adds a considered finishing touch to a meal or cocktail rim.

Why You’ll Love It

• Orange-forward brightness with a gentle botanical finish.
• Restrained juniper balanced by coriander and rosemary.
• Versatile enough for culinary finishing and cocktail rims.
• Presented in a hand-etched beechwood container.

Flavor & Texture

Medium sea salt with dried orange peel, finely crushed juniper, and warm botanical notes. Citrus comes first, with a subtle herbal finish.

Crafted With Intention

Part of our BAR R Distillery Salt series, JUNIPER celebrates friendship, Montana craftsmanship, and the flavors that bring people together. Created with our friends at Willie’s, it carries the inspiration of Green Truck Gin from the glass to the table.

Pairs With

Willie’s Green Truck Gin — JUNIPER’s orange and botanical notes complement the gin’s citrus and woodland character. Try a light rim on a citrus-forward gin cocktail.

At the table, try it over roasted chicken, grilled fish, or warm vegetables.

How to Use

Sprinkle lightly over finished dishes and adjust to taste. For a cocktail rim, moisten a small section of the glass with citrus and dip into a shallow layer of salt.
