Our Policy
Because our Botanical Wellness Balms and seasonal provisions are handcrafted in small batches using farm-grown and natural ingredients, all sales are final.
For product integrity and safety, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been fulfilled.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@4R.farm within 5 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will gladly provide a replacement, refund, or shop credit as appropriate.
Product Sensitivities
Our products are formulated with natural herbs, oils, tallow, beeswax, and essential oils. Please review all ingredient lists prior to purchase.
We are unable to offer refunds for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or individual skin responses.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, please email info@4R.farm.
Custom & Bulk Orders
Custom formulations, personalized items, and bulk orders are final sale and non-refundable.
