Order Processing

Each order is prepared in small batches with care in Madison County,
Montana.

Standard processing time is 3–7 business days.

During seasonal peaks or high-volume periods, processing may extend to 7–10
business days.

 You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Complimentary U.S. Shipping

All Botanical Wellness Balms include complimentary U.S. shipping with USPS.

No minimum purchase required. No code needed.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States via USPS or UPS.

Carrier delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Typical transit times:

• USPS First Class: 3–5 business days

• USPS Priority: 2–4 business days

• UPS Ground: 3–7 business days

Warm Weather Notice

Our balms and tallow-based formulas may soften in transit during warm
weather. This does not affect product integrity.

We recommend retrieving packages promptly. Once a package is in transit,
4R Farm is not responsible for carrier delays or heat exposure.

Local Pickup & Local Pricing

Local customers may select pickup at checkout.

Local customers with validated local addresses will receive a 25% Local Community Discount automatically at checkout.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, responsibility rests with
the shipping provider.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact info@4R.farm within 5
days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will assist in
resolving the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded.

If notified before shipment, we are happy to update the address.
